binderholz takes over PHB Burgbernheimer Holzbau GmbH & Co. KG

Binder Beteiligungs AG, Fügen, will take over PHB Burgbernheimer Holzbau GmbH & Co. KG as well as all staff as at August 2015. The existing BSH production will be modernized and upgraded; capacities will be expanded, for which there is enough floor space at hand. The location will be supplied with dried, quality-graded sawn timber from the Kösching sawmill. Synergies will be optimally used with the integration of the BSH plant into the existing binderholz Group.
With Binderholz Burgbernheim GmbH, the productive capacity for glued solid timber products will be expanded from its current 420,000 m³ to more than 500,000 m³.
