Your Duties
Understanding of the overall business, including all departments and positions in-order to understand needs for any open positions that are being recruited l Process bi-weekly payroll for all U.S. entities, including payroll auditing, and reconciliation |  Recruit, screen, and interview candidates | Communicate guidelines, processes, procedures, plans and policy to all levels of employees throughout the organization

Your Profile
Completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field  | 3+ years of experience in all HR, experience in a manufacturing environment preferred  | High proficiency in all HR related questions as well as labor law and payroll accounting | Strong communication skills | Self-reliant and dependable personality
