At binderholz, 100 % of the renewable raw material wood are utilised. The products are exported all over the world.

Our Finnish entity Binderholz Nordic Oy operates several production lines for Massive Timber products with more than 300 employees based in Lieksa, Nurmes and additional office in Joensuu.

To support our further growth, we are now looking for a professional team player for the position

Your tasks

Handling of all HR matters for our two production sites in Lieksa and Nurmes and our office in Joensuu | Direct reporting line to local management and group HR | HR support for staff and local management, compensation & benefits, taxation & labor law | Contact person with different interest groups (schools, health care, insurance companies) | Recruiting for blue collar and white collar positions in cooperation with line managers | Main office location in Joensuu or Lieksa, ready for weekly travelling between North Carelian sites

Your profile

Some years of HR experience or promising potential & fast learner | Self-organized, reliable work structure and strong communicative skills | Fluent in Finnish and English
