Still only a small sawmill operation 50 years ago, binderholz today presents itself as a leading European company, equipped with advanced technologies and production methods, with a corresponding reputation on the timber material market.
At 5 austrian sites – Fuegen, Jenbach, St. Georgen, Hallein and Unternberg – and one german site – Koesching/Interpark – Binder employes about 1.150 people. The range of solid wood products includes dimension lumber, surfaced lumber, solid wood panels edge glued and 3-ply, glulam beams, cross laminated timber BBS as well as MDF, pellet and briquet. The products manufactured at these locations are being exported all over the world.
